For twenty years, I worked in corporate operations. I was the person people called when something was broken, a deadline was on fire, or nobody could figure out why the process that made perfect sense on paper spectacularly failed in real life.
And I was good at it. Really good. I made systems work for teams of hundreds, streamlined workflows held together by institutional stubborness and duct tape, and earned a reputation as the person who could walk into chaos and leave behind something that worked. And make a lot of money in the process.
But around year twenty, I noticed something...

The businesses in my orbit were drowning in the exact same problems I solved every day. They just didn't have access to the same caliber of operational thinking. They were too busy focusing on the wrong things and were expected to move at the speed of light.. And most of the “systems” content was either too shallow to matter or too corporate to translate. So I left.
Now I work as a fractional COO and Human Design strategist for small business owners who are ready to stop being the bottleneck in their own company.
I embed in businesses, audit what's working and what isn't, build the infrastructure for sustainable growth, and train teams to actually use it. I use human Design as a marketing tool, to build effective team dynamics and to give the founders a framework to rely on. My clients stop working weekends. They take real holidays They hire with confidence. They scale without the spiral.
I'm also a health coach, a life coach and a mum of one, and a firm believer that a well-built system is the most underrated form of self-care.
